Full time or Part-time available but both will Require evenings and Weekend Shifts.

Part-time Shifts would be 5pm-10pm 3 or 4 days per week your choice. Full- Time Position would entail 5 shifts per week from 4pm-10pm during the week and 1:30-10pm on Weekends.

Once Upon a Child is your one-stop shop for buying and selling gently used kids’ clothes, shoes, toys, and baby gear. We’re all about sustainability, savings, and helping parents shop smart. We’re looking for a motivated, energetic Keyholder to help lead our team and keep the store running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

- Open and close the store (includes Key Holder responsibilities, till balancing, and deposits)
- Complete the tagging and cleaning duties after close
- Be able to work alone or in a group
- Support in-store social media posting and content scheduling
- Deliver friendly, helpful customer service
- Supervise and support team members during your shift
- Assist with buying, pricing, and merchandising inventory
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Delegate tasks and help keep team members on track
- Ensure store policies and procedures are followed
- Help reduce payroll hours through efficiency when needed

Qualifications





- Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience (required)
- Customer service experience (preferred)
- Proven leadership or supervisory skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and multitasking ability
- Able to work flexible shifts (4–8 hours) including weekends
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
- Secondary School Diploma (required)
