Duties
Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
Cook a variety of menu items with precision, speed, and consistency to ensure timely service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in compliance with food safety regulations
Assist in food handling procedures, including proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients
Support the kitchen team during busy hours by efficiently managing multiple tasks simultaneously
Follow health and safety guidelines to uphold the highest standards of food safety and sanitation




Collaborate with serving staff to ensure smooth communication between kitchen and front-of-house operations

Qualifications
Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards within the food industry
Robust understanding of meal preparation techniques and kitchen operations
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced restaurant environment while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues and serving guests
Basic understanding of serving protocols and customer service principles is a plus
Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as needed
