Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and standards
Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining high quality and presentation standards
Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping, portioning, and organizing ingredients
Follow food safety protocols to ensure proper handling, storage, and sanitation of all food items
Support the kitchen team during busy service hours by maintaining cleanliness and organization




Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with health regulations and company policies
Contribute to a positive kitchen setting through teamwork, communication, and enthusiasm

Requirements
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment preferred but not required
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
Familiarity with food handling safety standards and sanitation practices
Ability to stand for extended periods and work efficiently in a rapid-paced setting
Robust attention to detail and commitment to quality meal preparation
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from kitchen leadership
