Duties
Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and standards
Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining quality, presentation, and consistency
Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
Follow food safety protocols to ensure proper handling, storage, and sanitation
Support the kitchen team during busy service hours by maintaining a clean and organized workspace
Help with plating dishes quickly and accurately for timely service
Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with health regulations and company policies

Requirements




Minimum 2 years experience
Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory; a strong willingness to learn is essential
Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and basic cooking techniques
Ability to stand for extended periods and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Basic understanding of meal preparation, serving standards, and kitchen safety practices
Reliable transportation and availability to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
Passion for the food industry and a desire to develop culinary skills further
