The Best Western Plus

Bridgewater is a full service hotel located on the South Shore of Nova Scotia which operates an onsite restaurant, 27 South. We are currently looking to add an experienced line cook to our evening team.

Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards
Assist with food preparation and ingredient portioning as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work station
Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely and efficient service




Assist with catering events as required

Qualifications:
Previous experience as a line cook in a busy kitchen
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Robust attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
