Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and quality standards
Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
Cook dishes with attention to timing, temperature, and presentation to ensure consistency
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling and storage
Follow food safety protocols diligently to uphold health regulations and prevent contamination
Support the team during busy service hours by efficiently managing multiple orders




Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction

Experience
Prior food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required; we welcome eager learners!
Familiarity with food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment is advantageous
Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices is essential
Experience in meal preparation, serving, or working in the food industry will help you hit the ground running
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards
