Responsibilities
Perform routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid top-offs with precision and efficiency
Inspect tires for wear, damage, and proper inflation; replace or repair as needed
Use hand tools and power tools to perform basic repairs and maintenance tasks
Assist customers by explaining services performed and recommending additional maintenance or repairs when appropriate
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
Lift heavy tires and equipment safely to meet physical demands of the role




Support the team in maintaining service quality standards and adhering to safety protocols

Skills
Prior dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred
Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in automotive systems and maintenance procedures
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and basic automotive equipment
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a quick-paced environment
Knowledge of automotive sales processes is a plus but not required
Demonstrated reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude toward vehicle care
