Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Journey Person Red Seal Electrician to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting prospect to apply your electrical expertise across diverse projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality in every task. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems in industrial and construction settings.

Your hands-on experience and technical knowledge will drive successful project outcomes while adhering to safety standards and industry best practices.

Duties
Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams to guide installation and repair work.
Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems including low voltage wiring, power distribution, and control panels.
Work on industrial electrical systems, including programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and automation equipment.
Utilize hand tools and power tools efficiently to complete wiring, conduit bending, and equipment installation tasks.
Conduct renovation projects by upgrading existing electrical infrastructure with precision and safety compliance.
Diagnose electrical issues using schematics and technical manuals; implement effective solutions promptly.




Collaborate with construction teams to ensure electrical work aligns with project timelines and specifications.

Requirements
Valid Red Seal Journeyperson Electrician certification or equivalent credential recognized in your region.
Proven experience as an electrician with a strong understanding of electrical codes and safety regulations.
Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings related to electrical systems.
Hands-on experience with low voltage systems, and automation .
Familiarity with the use of hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment required for electrical installations.
Experience working on renovation projects or within construction environments is highly desirable.
Additional handyman skills or general construction experience will be considered an asset.
