This Training

Coordinator position supports the Workforce Development team in creating prospects for clients to improve their employability and financial literacy. You will guide training program development, assess client needs, and manage logistical aspects for successful workshops. Collaborating with external trainers will also be essential to achieving training objectives. Key Responsibilities:
Design training programs tailored to client needs
Facilitate workshops and provide logistical support
Manage external trainers and training resources
Implement feedback mechanisms for curriculum improvement
Ensure adherence to anti-racism and community development principles Requirements:
University degree in Adult Education or similar
At least 1 year in adult education roles
Proven experience in designing and delivering training
Solid communication and leadership abilities
