Shape the future of children's programming as an Out of School Care Manager at HSCA in Calgary for a 12-month maternity leave. We're looking for a nurturing and dynamic leader. This full time role allows you to manage the operations of HSCA’s OOSC program, focusing on high-quality childcare and educator mentorship.

You will foster a supportive workplace, uphold safety standards, and engage in cooperative programming methods, ensuring holistic child development and well-being. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations and staff activities
Mentor educators and ensure compliance with regulations
Collaborate with the Daycare Manager on scheduling
Maintain positive relationships with families and stakeholders
Ensure documentation and health standards are met Requirements:
Degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education
Experience in educational leadership roles
Knowledge of Alberta Child Care regulations
Valid Criminal Record check required
Current CPR and First Aid certification Lead with confidence, innovation, and care at HSCA’s Out of School Care program.
