Your role focuses on delivering exceptional service to support our Advisor team. In this agile full time position, you will maintain client accounts, ensure documentation compliance, and proactively address client inquiries. You will also leverage your planning skills to prepare for meetings and assist Advisors in onboarding recent clients. Effective communication and problem resolution will be key aspects of your daily duties. Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and enhance existing client account relationships
Respond promptly to client inquiries regarding account matters
Prepare and coordinate meetings for client engagement




Work with various departments for comprehensive service delivery
Support Wealth Management processes with accurate record-keeping Requirements:
Successful completion of Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam (CIRE)
Proficient in Microsoft Office and business technology
High-level organization and management capabilities
Strong communication skills with a client-focused approach
