Whistler Blackcomb is looking for an Assistant Manager for Mountain Safety to ensure protected guest experiences in Whistler, BC this winter season. Elevate your skills in safety and guest services. As an Assistant Manager for Mountain Safety in the 2026/2027 winter season, you will play a crucial role in creating a protected environment for guests and staff alike.

You'll oversee the Mountain Safety team's operations while also being involved in hiring and training staff. Solid organizational and people skills are vital for effectively managing safety protocols and guest education. Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the safest experience possible for all guests
Oversee the hiring and scheduling of your team
Provide education on safety regulations to guests
Manage day-to-day Mountain Safety operations
Work collaboratively with various departments Requirements:
Occupational First Aid Level 3 with CPR preferred
Capable skier or snowboarder in all conditions
Previous supervisory experience required
Strong communication and computer skills needed
Excellent knowledge of Whistler terrain preferred Support safety initiatives and enhance guest experiences at Whistler Blackcomb this winter.
