The Maintenance

Technician is crucial for the upkeep of Comfort Suites, overseeing the maintenance department’s operations and the hotel's functionality.

Your responsibilities will include managing safety programs, equipment maintenance, and coordinating with external contractors. You will also communicate regularly with management regarding operational status and ensure guest service standards are consistently met. Key Responsibilities:
Maintain hotel equipment including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
Ensure compliance with safety guidelines for guests and staff




Handle maintenance requests promptly and courteously
Supervise external contractors performing maintenance tasks
