About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly organized and customer-centric Guest Services Coordinator to manage guest experiences and support operations remotely. Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries via email, phone, or chat platforms. Coordinate and arrange services such as transportation, dining reservations, and special requests for guests. Proactively identify and resolve guest issues, escalating complex problems to appropriate management when necessary. Maintain accurate guest records and update information in the CRM system. Liaise with internal departments (e.g., housekeeping, maintenance, F&B;)



to ensure timely service delivery. Gather guest feedback and assist in implementing service improvement initiatives. Requirements

Previous experience in a guest services , customer support, or hospitality role is required. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and online communication tools. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A proactive approach to guest service and a passion for exceeding expectations. High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in hospitality are a plus. Benefits
