Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of grilled dishes with precision, ensuring consistency and quality in every plate
Handle food safely by following proper hygiene and sanitation procedures at all times
Assist in food preparation tasks such as marinating, seasoning, and portioning ingredients for grilling
Serve guests efficiently while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor
Maintain cleanliness of the grill station, kitchen equipment, and work area according to health standards




Follow all food safety regulations and monitor food handling practices to prevent contamination
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service hours

Skills
Proven experience in food service, restaurant kitchens, or the food industry with a focus on grilling or meal preparation
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, especially grilling methods, and food handling safety protocols
Excellent serving skills with a friendly approach to guest interactions
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a rapid-paced workplace
Good understanding of kitchen safety standards and hygiene practices
Prior experience in food preparation, meal assembly, or kitchen operations is highly desirable
