Take on a rewarding role as a Part time Program Resource Worker with Lookout Housing and Health Society in North Shore Junction. This position is designed for those passionate about helping individuals with essential support services. As a Program Resource Worker, you'll report to the Site Manager and be directly involved with our guests, assisting with their daily needs and connecting them to necessary resources.

This role includes medication management, participation in recreational activities, and comprehensive documentation of guest services. You’ll play a vital role in fostering an inviting and secure community atmosphere. Key Responsibilities:
Assist guests in accessing various community resources
Engage clients in recreational and social activities




Provide medication reminders and administer under policy
Support guests with daily living activities and personal care
Keep accurate and organized records of guest interactions Requirements:
Related certificate or Grade 12 with relevant experience
Knowledge of addiction and mental health support resources
Current Occupational First Aid Level 1 certification
Skills in crisis intervention and trauma-informed care are valued
