As Program

Lead, you will coordinate and implement programs designed to foster independence and cultural understanding among youth. You will manage administrative tasks, oversee staff, and work directly with families, ensuring that services are both effective and effective.

Your role will center on creating supportive environments that cultivate strengths and promote healing. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage support programs for children and families
Provide supervision and leadership for assigned staff
Engage with community resources and cultural activities




Facilitate youth case management and transitional planning
Maintain accurate program documentation and reporting Requirements:
Minimum 2 years’ experience working with diverse families and youth
Relevant certifications or diplomas in social sciences or youth care
Solid leadership and crisis resolution abilities
Excellent communication skills in verbal and written formats
