Reporting to the Senior Director, IT, this role encompasses service operations management, developing teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction through robust service metrics. Your strategic coordination will help elevate service quality across all channels. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the outsourced service desk and manage KPIs
Optimize IT service quality based on CSAT outcomes
Control IT budgets, encompassing all financial aspects
Develop and guide the IT Service Delivery Supervisor
Promote cutting-edge technologies to enhance efficiency Requirements:
Undergraduate degree in IT or related discipline
5+ years of experience in IT service management
Proven leadership in service-focused settings
Background in budget management and vendor relations
