Become a pivotal part of Akelius as a Human Resources Manager, focusing on HR operations, talent management, and compliance. Drive strategic initiatives that align with company goals. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will manage various HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, and regulatory compliance across Akelius's properties.

Your role will include mediating workplace disputes and overseeing onboarding to enhance the employee experience. You'll also partner with leadership to ensure the effective application of HR policies. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee recruitment and onboarding of recent hires
Address employee complaints and facilitate conflict resolution
Conduct annual reviews and manage performance improvement plans
Track changes in labor laws impacting HR policies
Participate in health and safety initiatives Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
5+ years in HR, including advisory experience
Solid understanding of employment legislation
Robust critical thinking and coaching abilities
Familiarity with HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite Lead HR strategies that support the growth and compliance of Akelius' residential properties.
