Wolf Lake Logging Ltd. is looking for an experienced and reliable Grader Operator to join our team.

Position Responsibilities
Operate a motor grader safely and efficiently on logging roads and worksites
Perform road construction, maintenance, grading, ditching and finishing work
Maintain proper road grades, drainage and protected driving surfaces
Complete pre-trip and daily equipment inspections
Identify and report equipment issues or maintenance requirements
Follow all company and site safety procedures
Work cooperatively with supervisors, equipment operators and other crew members
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Perform other duties related to road construction and maintenance as required

Qualifications & Experience
Previous experience operating a motor grader in a logging or road construction environment




Experience with logging road construction and maintenance is an asset
Valid driver's licence
Strong understanding of equipment and workplace safety
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Compensation
$40.71 per hour
