Requirement
Degree or Diploma of Interior Design or Architectural Studies/Technologist.
Minimum 1 years working experience (including internship) of Interior Design or Architectural field.
Experience with Commerical Interior Design a definite asset.
Knowledge of Ontario Building Code.
Solid three-dimensional visualization skill.
Valuable communication (written and verbal), strong interpersonal skills and proactive personality.
Excellent proficiency with AutoCAD, Archicad, and Photoshop
Capable of working individually and as a team member while following Company’s Technical Standards.
Capable of multi-tasking and carrying out project-related administrative work.
Travel may be required.
Be willing to work overtime.
Must be self-initiative.

Design Responsibilities:
Determine the client’s goals and requirements of the project




Assist in designing stage including, but not limited to, block planning, feasibility study, space planning, design concept, presentation drawings, color boards, etc.
Assist in project implementation including, but not limited to, space analysis and programming, site measuring, floor plans, working drawings and as-built drawings update, etc.
Sample library update. meetings and coordination with suppliers.
Design materials, fixtures, products sourcing and acquisition of samples.
Attend Internal Co-ordination and Project Meetings.

Job Type: Full time Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
