As an Environmental Technician, you will oversee the implementation of the Natural Areas Management Plan and facilitate community education on environmental stewardship.

Your responsibilities will include engaging with locals through nature walks and developing programs that promote conservation and the management of natural ecosystems. Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain conservation and restoration plans
Conduct public education and awareness programs




Coordinate invasive species management initiatives
Maintain comprehensive records of natural ecosystems
Prepare detailed reports and grant funding proposals Requirements:
High school diploma and relevant Technical Certification
3+ years of related experience in natural resource management
Current Class 5 B.C. Driver’s Licence
Solid organizational and leadership skills
