Roles & Responsibilities – Junior Hardware Tester
Perform quality checks and inspections according to company standards and procedures.
Inspect hardware, materials, and finished products for defects and quality issues.
Identify, document, and report quality issues, errors, and non-conformities.
Maintain accurate QA/QC records, checklists, inspection reports, and documentation.
Ensure all documents and records are complete, accurate, and up to date.
Assist with corrective actions and follow up on quality issues.
Perform data entry and maintain spreadsheets and company records.
Prepare reports, forms, and other office documents.
Handle emails, phone calls, filing, and general administrative duties.
Support management and other departments with daily administrative tasks.
Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Qualifications
Previous experience in Hardware QA/QC, or a related role. (Required)




Education background in IT (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Positive written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Robust problem-solving and follow-up skills.
Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
Experience with hardware inspection or manufacturing is an asset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
