Reporting to the Controller, the Full Cycle Bookkeeper records and maintains the financial transactions to support Reotech Construction's financial reporting requirements. The position is suitable for a bookkeeper wanting to advance within a secure organization.

Job Responsibilities

· Positively and professionally represent Reotech Construction and communicate effectively with the owners, customers, trades, and members of our team

· Responsible for full cycle accounting activities:
Record all financial transactions i.e. accounts payable, accounts receivable and various month end journal entries
Enter customer invoices and cash receipts into the accounting database

· Assist with compliance activities:
Coordinate and issue Certificates of Insurance and WSBC Clearance Letters
Obtain COC insurance coverage for various projects in accordance with company policy
Maintain contractor compliance websites

· Act as a back-up to the payroll administrator · Assist in the preparation and maintenance of schedules and working papers for the annual review engagement

· Other duties as assigned

Required Skills/Experience:




Post-secondary education in accounting or finance
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience performing similar duties, ideally in construction
Experience with Acumatica, Procore and ADP would be an asset
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Detail oriented with strong organizational skills; must be able to work with discretion and trustworthy with confidential information
Ability to self-manage, prioritize and problem solve strategically within strict deadlines
Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $28.00-$35.00 per hour
