This 18-month temporary full time role requires exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Work with inventors and legal teams to facilitate patent processes and maintain accurate portfolio information. Key Responsibilities:
Manage records for a diverse intellectual property portfolio
Coordinate activities related to the patent lifecycle




Track and communicate significant deadlines
Handle documentation for patent execution
Assist with compliance and financial reporting Requirements:
University degree or diploma in a related discipline
Minimum two years in intellectual property management
Knowledge of patent processes and compliance requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
