Join the Government of Nunavut as a Training & Development Consultant in Iqaluit. You will play a key role in enhancing training programs that support workforce development. This position reports to the Manager of Headquarters Training and Development with a focus on developing and assessing effective training strategies for GN departments.

You will utilize your expertise to guide managers in attracting and retaining talent while managing training resources. A recognized degree and relevant experience are required. Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement training programs across departments
Promote training initiatives and leadership programs
Provide expert advice on human resource development
Supervise casual staff and mentor trainees
Control financial resources for program support Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Education or related fields
At least two years of relevant development experience
Robust knowledge of Inuit communities
Bilingualism is advantageous
