Develop and implement effective outreach and recruitment plans
Maintain relationships with community organizations and schools

Guide prospective students in navigating admissions and supports
Monitor recruitment budgets and report on outreach effectiveness Requirements:
Solid knowledge of Indigenous cultures and education systems
Completion of a two-year diploma in relevant area
At least 3 years' experience in educational settings with Indigenous focus
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
