Responsibilities
Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments tailored to each client’s preferences and hair type
Provide outstanding customer service by listening carefully to clients’ needs and offering professional advice on hair care and styling options
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment in compliance with health regulations
Engage in retail sales by recommending suitable hair products and upselling additional services to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
Build strong client relationships through effective communication skills, ensuring a personalized experience that encourages repeat visits
Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques,



and products to continually elevate your styling expertise

Skills
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect warmly with diverse clients
Proficiency in various hair styling techniques including cutting, coloring, blow-drying, and special treatments
Effective communication skills for understanding client needs and providing transparent styling recommendations
Experience with retail sales processes and front desk operations within a salon setting
Organizational skills to manage appointments efficiently and maintain a tidy work area
