Responsibilities
Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials, tools, and equipment around the worksite
Prepare work areas by cleaning, organizing, and setting up necessary supplies or machinery
Support skilled tradespeople by holding tools, fetching supplies, or performing basic tasks as directed
Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure working setting for yourself and colleagues
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as clearing debris, sweeping work zones, or minor repairs




Help with site cleanup at the end of shifts to ensure a tidy and hazard-free setting
Follow instructions precisely to support project timelines and quality standards

Skills
Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labour for extended periods
Ability to follow safety procedures consistently and attentively
Good communication skills for explicit coordination with team members
Basic understanding of construction or manufacturing environments is a plus
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks as needed
Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for team success
