Duties
Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment as needed
Support the setup and cleanup of work areas to ensure safety and efficiency
Perform general manual labor tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving supplies or tools
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work sites to promote a protected environment
Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and according to specifications
Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision
Experience
Prior experience is not required; however, previous manual labor or construction experience is a plus
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
Robust attention to safety standards and procedures
Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team

Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) regularly
