Duties
Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris, organizing materials, and setting up work areas
Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently
Support skilled tradespeople by handing tools and supplies as needed
Maintain a clean and safe work workplace by following safety protocols and procedures
Perform basic manual tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, moving materials, cutting grass and shoveling snow
Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks accurately and promptly




Conduct routine inspections of tools and equipment to ensure proper functioning

Qualifications
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and reliability
Good communication skills and ability to follow directions clearly
Basic understanding of safety procedures and willingness to adhere to safety standards
Prior experience in construction or general labour is a plus but not required
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
