MUST BE ABLE TO DO BOTH ROLES

Duties
Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public spaces according to established standards
Change bed linens, towels, and replenish amenities to ensure guest satisfaction
Operate laundry equipment efficiently to wash, dry, fold, and organize linens and uniforms
Maintain cleanliness of laundry areas, storage rooms, and cleaning carts
Follow safety procedures when handling cleaning chemicals and laundry machinery
Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning routines




Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and laundry materials to ensure stock levels are maintained

Experience
Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or related cleaning roles is preferred but not mandatory
Familiarity with laundry operations and equipment handling is advantageous
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene standards
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues effectively
Willingness to follow safety protocols and maintain a positive attitude towards guest service
