The Data Engineer will be required to design, develop, and support implementation of a data platform strategy and you will be working closely with architects and participating in design.

On a day-to-day basis you will collaborate across teams and functions, working with Delivery Leads, Product Owners, Chief Engineers, and DevOps Specialists who are collectively driven to provide industry-leading solutions for the bank and its customers.

Communicating complex ideas and solutions with technical leaders & business stakeholders, the Data Engineer will be well equipped to provide and follow technical engineering advice and recommendations.

Key deliverables of this role will include:
Writing quality, bug free code
Producing project & individual technical design documents
Building a data platform, including eventing and api’s
Experience in Data mining activities
Must have solid technical knowledge in the following areas:
SQL
SSRS
MS Studio
