Everpure Facility Services Ltd. is looking for a reliable, responsible, and hardworking Daytime Janitor to join our team for a long-term position in Richmond/South Vancouver Area.

Position Details
Job Type: Full-Time / Permanent
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Shift: Daytime
Hours: Consistent weekday schedule
Work Setting: Residential strata / common areas
Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of common areas within a residential strata property.
Main duties include
General cleaning of building common areas
Vacuuming carpets and floor areas
Using skilled cleaning equipment when required
Following established daily cleaning routes, checklists and procedures
Reporting maintenance issues, damages or unusual conditions to management

Professional and respectful when working around residents and building staff
Previous commercial, janitorial, strata or residential building cleaning experience is an asset. Training will be provided to the right candidate.
