We are seeking a motivated and dependable General Labourer to join our agile team. In this role, you will perform a variety of physical tasks to support construction, maintenance, and site operations. Responsibilities
Complete Snow removal with required equipment, by contracted time
Assist with loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment on-site
Prepare work areas by cleaning, organizing, and setting up necessary supplies
Perform site cleanup duties to maintain a safe and tidy work environment
Transport materials and tools across different locations within the site
Operate basic machinery or equipment as trained and authorized
Qualifications
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly
Prior experience in construction or manual labour is a plus but not required
Knowledge of safety procedures relevant to construction sites is advantageous
Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a safe work environment
