Responsibilities
Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and other designated rooms
Manage laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
Prepare light meals or snacks as needed, demonstrating basic cooking skills to enhance client satisfaction
Maintain organized cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring all tools are sanitized and stored properly




Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests professionally and courteously
Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled tasks within designated timeframes without compromising quality
Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning preferences or special instructions

Experience
Prior experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping is highly desirable
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and safety procedures
Basic cooking skills and familiarity with laundry processes
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a plus
Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Experience in hospitality or customer service roles is advantageous
