Job Overview

We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented General Labourers to join our Paint Department team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the manufacturing process by supporting various tasks related to painting, assembly, and equipment handling. If you thrive in a rapid-paced environment and are eager to develop your skills in manufacturing and mechanical work, this position is perfect for you!

Duties
Operate powder coating booth and associated equipment
Prepare, hang, coat, inspect and handle parts in accordance with Uni-Fab and quality expectations
Apply powder consistently to required coverage and finish standards
Complete colour changes, booth/equipment cleaning and basic setup as trained
Identify coating defects or process concerns and raise them before work proceeds
Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow PPE and safety requirements




Work with the powder coat/finishing team to maintain production flow and meet scheduled priorities
Participate in structured on the job training and demonstrate progression toward independent booth operation

Requirements
Previous experience in manufacturing, industrial finishing, powder coating, painting or related hands on experience is preferred
High school diploma and/or equivelent education
Mechanical aptitude and basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
Solid work ethic with attention to detail and safety compliance.
Willingness to learn new skills within a energetic production environment.
