Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression
Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures with efficiency and accuracy
Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, addressing inquiries and directing calls appropriately
Assist guests with reservations, room assignments, and special requests to ensure a seamless experience
Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to enhance guest satisfaction
Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally,
escalating issues when necessary to ensure positive resolutions
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, reservations, and special requests to support smooth operations
Experience
Previous experience in hotel front desk or customer service roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve our diverse guest base effectively
Strong communication skills with a focus on excellent phone etiquette and active listening
Experience handling multi-line phone systems and guest services in a hospitality workplace is a plus
A background in hospitality or hotel experience will help you excel in managing guest needs and providing exceptional service
Demonstrated ability to remain calm under pressure while delivering friendly, attentive service
