Join our vibrant culinary team as a Full-time Pastry Chef/Baker, working Wednesday through Sunday from 9am to 5pm. Duties
Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, cookies, and desserts according to established recipes and quality standards
Decorate cakes and pastries with skillful cake decorating techniques to create visually appealing products
Manage food preparation tasks efficiently, ensuring all baked goods meet safety and hygiene standards
Assist with food handling, packaging, and presentation to ensure products are ready for sale or delivery
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, adhering to food safety regulations
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely production and delivery of baked goods during busy hours




Support customer service efforts by providing friendly assistance and product knowledge when needed

Requirements
Proven experience in baking, pastry arts, or a related food industry role; restaurant experience is highly valued
Solid skills in cake decorating, food preparation, and general kitchen operations
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Familiarity with packaging techniques for baked goods and desserts
Passion for creating visually stunning and delicious baked products that exceed customer expectations
