Kemptville District Hospital is seeking an Executive Assistant to join our growing KDH team! As the Executive Assistant reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer/VP of Operations (CFO), you will play a pivotal role in supporting the administrative needs of an executive in a agile hospital environment.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or an Executive Assistant diploma from an accredited institution (or equivalent experience);
- 5+ years of office management or administrative experience with at least years of recent healthcare experience at a senior level;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and SharePoint;
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably supporting executives in a healthcare setting;
- Understanding of healthcare terminology, regulation, and compliance requirements is an asset;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders;
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively;
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion;
- Excellent organization and time management skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently;
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment;
- Ability to maintain composure and adaptability in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
Starting Wage:
$33.46/hour

Please note: In order to work in a healthcare facility, the Public Hospitals Act 1990, Regulation 965 requires all employees to provide proof of up-to-date immunization/vaccines for the following diseases: Tuberculin Skin Testing (TB), Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR), Varicella (Chicken Pox), Hepatitis B, Tetanus/Diphtheria (DTap), Influenza (during flu season) and three COVID shots. This proof must be provided to our Occupational Health Office in order to be cleared to work.
