Join Maple Bear Global Schools as CEO and redefine educational excellence. Lead international operations and franchise expansion with a focus on proprietary curriculum innovation. In this full time role, the CEO will report directly to the Board and direct the operational growth of Maple Bear Global Schools.

Candidates should have over 10 years of senior executive leadership experience, ideally in education or multi-franchise services. You will manage a diverse team while being responsible for P&L; and leading franchise operations, particularly in Latin American markets. Key Responsibilities:

- Define and implement global business strategy and governance
- Oversee franchise network growth and partnership management




- Lead the executive team in executing business objectives
- Guide curriculum development and learning materials publication
- Ensure financial plans align with company goals Requirements:
- At least 10 years in executive leadership
- Experience across multiple countries, particularly Latin America
- Successful track record of scaling franchise operations
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset
