Cleaning Squad Solutions is a newly established cleaning company currently building its client base. We are looking for an experienced cleaner to join our team on a flexible, on-call basis.

This is not a partnership role. This is a paid position based on scheduled work only.

Position Overview The successful candidate will provide high-quality residential and light commercial cleaning services, including standard cleaning, deep cleaning, and move-in/move-out cleaning.

This role is best suited for someone with professional cleaning experience who is reliable, detail-oriented, and available for flexible scheduling as jobs are booked.

Work Arrangement

- This is an on-call, as-needed position
- Work hours are not guaranteed
- Shifts will be offered based on client bookings and availability
- You will only be paid for hours worked on assigned jobs

Responsibilities

- Perform residential cleaning (standard and deep cleaning)
- Complete move-in / move-out cleaning
- Clean small office/commercial spaces
- Follow cleaning checklists and company standards
- Maintain consistent quality and attention to detail




- Work alongside the owner during initial training on jobs

Requirements

- Previous skilled cleaning experience required
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to work independently
- Professional attitude and good communication
- Own transportation preferred
- Flexible availability is an asset

Compensation

- $18/hour starting wage (based on experience)
- Paid only for scheduled and completed work
