Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas and chicken dishes according to established recipes and quality standards
- Ensure all food handling practices comply with safety regulations to maintain a clean and protected kitchen environment
- Assist in meal preparation by chopping, marinating, assembling ingredients, and portioning food items efficiently
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including ovens, fryers, grills, and prep stations
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by following sanitation procedures regularly
- Serve food promptly to ensure freshness and quality for dine-in or takeout orders
- Support the team during busy hours by managing multiple tasks with energy and precision
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant settings—preferably with pizza and chicken dishes
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
- Excellent skills in serving customers efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
- Ability to work quickly under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment such as ovens, fryers, and prep tools
- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is highly desirable
