Your hands-on experience and ability to influence a collaborative team culture will be pivotal to project success. Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with Project Managers for field reports and staffing updates
- Oversee safety and quality compliance with subcontractors
- Ensure projects are adequately staffed for success
- Identify issues in design and scheduling early




- Administer contracts, orders and instructions effectively
- Lead and instruct tradespeople on-site
- Ensure adherence to all safety protocols by all personnel Requirements:
- Minimum of two years as a Superintendent for a general contractor
- Red Seal in Carpentry preferred
- Proven ability to deliver projects from conception to completion
- Strong relationship management skills with stakeholders
