Reporting to the Development Supervisor, you will lead the underground development team and focus on tasks such as mechanized scaling, ground support, and blasting operations. Your extensive experience will be key to achieving the mine's objectives. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Underground Development team to success
- Operate Jumbo drill and assist in ground support tasks
- Drill and blast explosives accurately
- Interpret and analyze development plans and evaluations
- Ensure mucking cycles are completed effectively Requirements:
- Grade 11 education or equivalent minimum
- UG Common Core Certification essential
- 5 years of relevant underground experience
- Proficient in operating mining equipment
