About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated Production Engineer to optimize manufacturing processes and enhance output at their facility. You will analyze production lines, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve productivity, reduce waste, and control costs. Key Responsibilities

- Analyze production processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement process improvements to increase throughput and reduce costs.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all production activities.
- Collaborate with the quality team to ensure all products meet stringent quality standards.
- Troubleshoot production issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Oversee the implementation of current equipment and technologies on the production floor.




- Train and mentor production staff on new processes, safety procedures, and best practices.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering , Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in production engineering or a similar manufacturing role.
- Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience with production planning, scheduling, and inventory management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities, with experience in a team-oriented setting.
