As a member of the A3 Assiniboine South Team, you will be responsible for assisting clients with daily activities and healthcare needs. Candidates must have completed a recognized Health Care Aide course and have some experience working with diverse populations. Key skills include critical thinking, prioritization, and an effective communication approach.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support clients in achieving daily living activities
• Collaborate with health professionals to optimize care
• Maintain accurate patient documentation through electronic systems




• Assist in the transportation of patients as needed
• Be adaptable to work shifts within a community context
Requirements:
• Completion of a recognized Health Care Aide program
• Valid Manitoba Class 5 driver’s license required
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification preferred
• Physical stamina to manage hands-on care
• Effective communication skills in English; French a plus
