Job Summary

We are seeking energetic and reliable Casual General Labourers to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be an essential part of our operations, supporting various tasks that keep our projects moving smoothly. This position offers a fantastic chance to gain hands-on experience in a quick-paced environment while contributing to meaningful work.

As a Casual Labourer, you will perform a variety of physical tasks, assist with site maintenance, and support team members in achieving project goals. Your proactive attitude and willingness to learn will help ensure safety, efficiency, and success on every job site.

Duties
Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials or equipment safely and efficiently
Support site cleanup and organization to maintain a tidy and hazard-free environment
Perform general manual labour such as digging, lifting, carrying, and stacking materials
Operate basic tools and equipment as directed by supervisors
Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times




Support team members with various tasks including setting up work areas or assisting tradespeople
Report any safety concerns or hazards immediately to ensure a secure work setting

Experience
Previous experience in general labour or construction is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Basic understanding of health and safety practices in a construction or industrial setting is an asset
