Enter and code vendor invoices efficiently
Reconcile cash deposits and sales transactions
Prepare detailed journal entries for financial reporting
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies
Assist in preparing financial reports for landlords Requirements:
5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
Knowledge of Canadian accounting and sales tax
Experience with QuickBooks Online essential
Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP
