Duties
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a friendly, professional first impression
Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS
Escort guests to their tables, ensuring comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit
Answer phone inquiries with excellent phone etiquette, handling reservation requests and general questions
Coordinate with the serving staff to optimize seating flow and minimize wait times
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area




Assist in managing guest flow during busy periods to enhance overall guest experience

Requirements
Previous experience in guest services, hospitality, or food service is highly preferred
Robust communication skills with an emphasis on clear, friendly interaction
Knowledge of restaurant operations, including POS systems like Micros POS, is a plus
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a quick-paced environment
Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to address guest inquiries professionally
Experience with hotel or restaurant environments is advantageous but not mandatory
A positive attitude, energetic demeanor, and a passion for delivering outstanding hospitality
